2000 miles

While I was at the hospital yesterday for physio, I noticed that the odometer on the wheelchair had reached the 2000 mile (3200 km) mark. That's averaging just under 700 miles a year. The new batteries were installed at 149o miles so I've done over 500 miles (800 km) on them since July 4th. Pretty impressive.

  1. Wow. That's a fair bit of mileage you've covered.

  2. Most of it is between April and October. In the winter I tend to use paratransit primarily.
    Thanks for commenting.

  3. How are things in your London?
Here in London UK it is unseasonably warm and we are able to go out and about with a lightweight jacket. The sun is singing brightly.
Purrrrrfect for us Sclerodermains. No Raynauds.

  4. I envy you. Today is the coldest so far. Plus 1ยบ C when I took my dog out at 9:00 this morning. Bitterly cold wind as well and apparently it snowed last night although there was nothing on the ground this morning. Enjoy the rest of your day.
